Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Collector to join our team. As a Medical Collector, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate collection of medical payments from patients.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FDCPA regulations and compliance
-Provide customer service to patients regarding billing inquiries and payment options
- Document all collection activities in the appropriate systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Medical Collector or similar role in a healthcare setting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
